ProspectFoundries
serviceThe problem
Before any serious commercial conversation there is research. Who to talk to, what changed at their company, what they are measured on, what they will care about. Done properly it takes hours per account.
It is also the first thing dropped when the week is full. The people who are best in the room have the least time to prepare for it.
What I built
ProspectFoundries. A one-person intelligence operation. I embed with a client, build the research and outbound systems their business needs, and run them.
Who it is for: fractional CROs, GTM leaders and commercial operators. People carrying complex deals, or several pipelines at once, with no research team behind them.
One boundary defines the rest: I do not send emails or make calls on a client's behalf. The relationships, the judgment and the conversations stay with them. I hand over the preparation.
The wider bet. Most white-collar service work is moving toward one person operating a set of agents. The agency that needed a hundred people needs a handful of operators who know how to run the systems. Sales is where I am testing that, recruiting is the second test, and the thesis is what I am actually interested in.
Proof
What happened
The service is running with active clients, and there is capacity to take on more.
I run the operation behind the conversations: the research, the target lists, the systems that keep them current, and the preparation for every call. Nobody outside the client's team ever hears from me. What that leaves them is the part of the job they are good at and want to be doing, which is talking to people.

If you carry a pipeline and want to see what this looks like against your own accounts, that is the conversation to have.
